Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
By participating in the Palram Photo Competition, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 
2. Eligibility
•    Open to professional installers, architects, project managers, and other professionals using Palram polycarbonate sheets.
•    Participants must be at least 18 years old.
3. Rights and Usage
•    By submitting photos, participants grant Palram a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the photos for digital marketing and promotional purposes.
•    Participants retain ownership of their submitted photos.
4. Prizes
•    Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
•    Winners will be chosen by a judging panel based on pre-determined criteria and notified by December 10th.
6. Disqualification
•    Palram reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with the competition rules or are deemed inappropriate.
7. Limitation of Liability
•    Palram is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or other disruptions. By participating, entrants release Palram and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation.
8. Privacy
•    Personal information collected will be used solely for competition administration and in accordance with Palram's Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions
•    Palram reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.
